Ingredients: (1 serving)
1 cup porridge oats
2 cups BOILING water
1 pinch salt (optional)
Place all ingredients in a large microwave bowl; do not cover,
Heat for 5 minutes on HIGH, stirring well half way through.
Remove from microwave oven, stir thoroughly.
Serve with cold milk; brown sugar; natural yoghurt; stewed fruit;honey; as desired.
My favourite is natural yogurt & honey.
